Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- B2B orders
- Personalized or custom-made products
Conditions for Return
Returned products should be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Any product showing signs of use may be partially or fully excluded from the refund.
Return Procedure
- Notify us at shop@rebago.com of your intention to return a product.
- Attach the return slip to your parcel (download links available during checkout).
- Send the product to:

Refunds
- Refunds for bank transfers will be issued for the full purchase price.
- Refunds for payments via Stripe or PayPal will cover the purchase price; platform fees are deducted by the payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
Customers returning parcels internationally are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the returned item.
Complaints / Warranty
In addition to your right of withdrawal, you have legal warranty rights for faulty or defective products as per EU consumer protection law. Complaints must be reported promptly to shop@rebago.com.
